My approach is barrier-first, focusing on calming inflammation, supporting hydration, and promoting long-term skin health. Every facial follows the Key Elements Method: Cleanse • Correct • Calm • Connect • Commit No steam. No harsh treatments. No machines. Just intentional, hands-on care. WHAT TO EXPECT • Customized, all-inclusive facials • Intentional nervous system support • Honest recommendations without pressure or upselling • Pregnancy-safe and oncology-conscious options available POLICIES • Card on file and deposit required to book • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable • Less than 48 hours notice = 25% charge • No-shows = 50% charge • 10+ minutes late = $15 fee, shortened service, or reschedule • No refunds on completed services • Retail sales are final • No guests or children in the treatment room • By booking, you agree to all studio policies and required forms PLEASE NOTE • Deposits are applied toward your service total • A 3.5% processing fee applies to card transactions • Tap to Pay, Cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, Klarna, Afterpay, and Affirm accepted • Key Elements Skin Studio is located inside a shared beauty space. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To Book • A card and deposit are required • The deposit goes toward your total service cost • Deposits are not refundable and not transferable • Booking means you agree to all policies and complete required forms Cancel or Reschedule (Canceling and rescheduling are treated the same) • More than 48 hours (2 days) before: $15 fee • Within 48 hours (2 days): 50% of the service total • No-shows: 100% of the service total Running Late • A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes • Your service may be shorter; the full fee still applies • Late arrival or missing forms may cause your time to be given to another client Retail • All retail sales are final • No returns or exchanges Please contact me as soon as possible if you will be late or need to cancel or reschedule. No-call/no-shows affect the ability to keep this business running.
