Key Elements Skin Studio LLC Founded in 2025 Alexandra “Lexi” Cross, Licensed Esthetician Barrier Health Is Key 🗝️ I’m Lexi Cross, a licensed esthetician providing one-on-one skincare focused on barrier health and long-term skin stability. I study and research so you don’t have to guess. This is my element. I often work with compromised skin such as acne, rosacea, sensitive skin, and skin that reacts easily. My work focuses on restoring balance—not pushing the skin beyond its limits. Barrier health is the foundation of healthy skin. Every treatment is customized and conservative by design, supporting skin strength, reducing reactivity, and creating results that last. What to Expect • One-on-one care in a no-judgment space • Thoughtful, barrier-first treatment planning, with education and ongoing guidance from me • Pregnancy- and oncology-appropriate product options • Unrushed, focused appointments Please Note • The studio is located inside a shared professional space with hair and nail services • Occasional scents or fumes may be present and are outside of my control • My treatment room is maintained with intention for cleanliness, ventilation, and air purification Thank you for supporting my small business 🫰🤍
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy To Book • A card and deposit are required • The deposit goes toward your total service cost • Deposits are not refundable and not transferable • Booking means you agree to all policies and complete required forms Cancel or Reschedule (Canceling and rescheduling are treated the same) • More than 48 hours (2 days) before: $15 fee • Within 48 hours (2 days): 50% of the service total • No-shows: 100% of the service total Running Late • A $15 late fee applies after 10 minutes • Your service may be shorter; the full fee still applies • Late arrival or missing forms may cause your time to be given to another client Retail • All retail sales are final • No returns or exchanges Please contact me as soon as possible if you will be late or need to cancel or reschedule. No-call/no-shows affect the ability to keep this business running.
