Each service is personalized 1:1 using professional-grade, oncology- and pregnancy-safe care rooted in Korean philosophy: gentle, consistent, and results-driven. Services: Korean Signature Facial • Acne & Age-Management Facials • Face & Body Waxing • K-Beauty Lash Lift • Brow Lamination All appointments are booked and manually approved by Lexi Cross.Please do not book through River Rox Spa — we are independent businesses and use separate systems. To secure your appointment: • Deposit – applies toward your total (non-refundable and cannot be moved if you cancel or reschedule). • Completed intake + consent form – must be submitted at booking. The remaining balance is paid after your service. A 1% card processing fee is added at checkout and applies only to the final total — not the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • 48+ hours before your appointment: You may cancel or reschedule without a fee. (Deposits remain non-refundable.) • 48 hours before your appointment: A $15 cancellation/reschedule fee will be charged. (No exceptions.) • Less than 24 hours (same-day): 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. • No-show: 50% of the service will be charged. After a no-show, online booking is disabled. All future appointments must be arranged directly through me. Late Arrival Policy • 10+ minutes late: A $15 late fee will be applied. Your appointment may need to be shortened. If you arrive too late for the service to be performed, it will be treated as a cancellation under the policies above. Card on File Required • A valid card on file is required to secure every appointment. • If no card is saved, you do NOT have a reservation. • All card transactions include a 1% processing fee.
