HOUSE-CALL SERVICES ONLY Key Elements Skin Studio LLC by Lexi Cross, Licensed Esthetician, is a house-call esthetics business bringing professional services directly to you. There is no physical studio location. I bring everything needed: my portable treatment table, products, linens, and supplies. All I need is enough space to set up, access to an electrical outlet, and nearby running water. GROUP APPOINTMENTS Group house calls are available for up to 4 people. Everyone in the group must book the same service category: facials or Korean Lash Lifts. For facial groups, each person may choose either a Signature Facial or Back Renewal. Services are performed one person at a time, back-to-back, while everyone else hangs out. BOOKING & HOUSE-CALL POLICIES By booking, you agree to the following: • A card on file and deposit are required to book. • Deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and applied toward your service. • Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 25% fee. • Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time. • A clean area with access to an electrical outlet and nearby running water is required. • The treatment area should be calm and free from distractions. Your eyes will be closed for most or all of your service, so this is your time to relax while allowing me to work safely and without interruption. • Please arrange for children to remain outside of the treatment area during your appointment. • All consent and intake forms must be completed before your appointment. • Completed services are non-refundable. Retail sales are final. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions. Cancellation Policy
TO BOOK
• A card on file and deposit are required to book.
• Your deposit is applied toward your service total.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Booking means you agree to all policies and complete all required forms.
CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE
Cancellations and rescheduling are treated the same.
• 48+ hours before your appointment: No additional cancellation fee. Your deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Less than 48 hours before your appointment: A fee equal to 25% of your service total applies.
HOUSE-CALL APPOINTMENTS
• Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.
• A clean treatment area with access to an electrical outlet and nearby running water must be available.
• Delays may shorten your service time.
• If I arrive and cannot perform the scheduled service because you are unavailable or the required treatment space is not available, the 25% cancellation fee applies.
RETAIL
• All retail sales are final.
• No returns or exchanges.
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. House-call appointments require dedicated travel, setup, and appointment time, so advance notice is greatly appreciated.
