Key Elements Skin Studio LLC Founded in 2025 Alexandra “Lexi” Cross, LE Barrier Health Is Key 🗝️ I’m Lexi Cross, a licensed esthetician and the owner of Key Elements Skin Studio, located inside Mermaid Lagoon in Longview, TX. I specialize in facials, waxing, lash lifts, and brow treatments, with facials at the core of my work. I often treat acne, rosacea, sensitivity, and skin that reacts easily or feels hard to manage. My philosophy is simple: calm, hydrate, and strengthen the skin so you can see real, lasting results—not temporary fixes. I work with your skin, not against it. I don’t rely on machines or harsh extractions, and I avoid unnecessary ingredients. Every treatment is hands-on and fully customized to what your skin needs that day. If your skin is inflamed, reactive, or out of balance, there’s usually a reason. I’m here to help you understand it, not ignore it (within my scope). Skincare is truly my element. I became licensed in 2025, but I’ve been in the skincare world since 2015—learning, researching, and navigating my own sensitive, reactive skin. I know what it feels like when nothing seems to work—even with professional help. That’s why I take a different approach. I take the time to understand your skin, your history, and what’s actually going on so you’re not stuck guessing or jumping from trend to trend. My work is hands-on, customized, and built around what your skin is asking for. I focus on barrier-supportive, non-aggressive treatments. No steamer, no harsh processes, and no added fragrance—even in the laundry detergent used on my linens. I am oncology and CPR certified, with a strong focus on safety and intention. Treatments are appropriate for those undergoing or recovering from cancer, as well as pregnancy-safe when needed.
